Quick Homemade Gingerbread Cashew Butter

Serves: 2 cups
Quick and easy Christmasy cashew butter recipe loaded with flavor. Also know as Christmas Crack. Keeps in the fridge for 3 weeks.
  • 2 cups roasted cashews
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  1. Add the cashews to a food processor and process on low for approximately 10 minutes or until creamy, scraping down with a spatula as needed.
  2. Add the remainder of ingredients and blend until combined. Taste and adjust the spices for personal preference.
