i’m charlotte m (aka charm) and for as long as i can remember i’ve been a lover of all things food and cooking related.
growing up i was allergic to a number of red foods and eating them would end up with my breaking out in a horrible eczema. i grew out of this for a while before my eczema returned in college and while food based was it was exacerbated by stress and dry weather. after college i started having frequent stomach issues and was taking pepto-bismol on the reg and decided to try incorporate more whole foods.
when i’m not cooking, eating or brewing kombucha you can find me running, exploring the bay area and greater california, hiking, rock climbing, or on an adventure with my friends. the only thing that will get me to sit still is an awesome book.
huge fan of my daily kombucha, nut butter, chocolate, roasted broccoli, bread, almond milk chai lattes, granola, smoked salmon and all different ways to prepare eggs.
